Eco Roofing Yorkshire’s forte is single ply flat roofing. With the use of Roof Assured by Sika Plan’s product range, we can provide single ply flat roofs, felt roofs and Tricel GRP flat roofs.
Sika Plan/ Sika – Trocal roof waterproofing membranes are suitable for use with virtually all commonly used subtracts – Including both new and refurbishment applications. They can be part of either warm or cold deck roofs – including both new and refurbishments applications & including mechanically fixed exposed, adhered exposed and ballasted types. The waterproof surfaces may be flat, sloped, vertical, curved – convex or concave, waveform, domed, etc. Fully British Board of Agreement (BBA) Certified the Sika Plan membranes are currently stated to have a minimum life .expectancy, in their opinion, of in excess of 30 years
